A labor of love. Trust me, it’s not easy to harvest at least 800 kilos of olives in a day, but that’s how it’s milled. It’s so damn delicious we keep doing it. The Charlie harvest typically produces about 300 bottles.

Once it’s milled, Charlie sits in the dining room at room temperature for 3 months. Then – we gobble some down, pat ourselves on the back, and after a week of bottling, it’s ready. We’re proud to say it’s truly exceptional. We harvest in early November, and bottle in March. 500ml. Each purchase is 2 bottles.
